They are always late picking me up. I’ve been late to work twice and i’ll never use them again. The worst cab company ever.
I called and asked how much the ride would cost and if they took credit card because that was all I had. Yes no problem I was told but when I got to my destination she say was does the credit card screen say...oh looks like it's not working. So I ask well that is all I have can you call in the card?! Nothing she say I can take you to the ATM. Mind you I'm not take it out cash from a credit card with those fees. This really should have been checked. It was my one and only request. So me not knowing what to do and being offered no better solution I went to the ATM and used a debit card in which I could later deposit money however I was charge $3 by my bank and $3 by the ATM and spent extra time running around .so $6 in fees and last of my time. I should have been compensation that trip. It was only 6 to begin with
Rude customer service, a rip off ! Will use uber or Lyft instead so much cheaper.
Trash they are horrible ! I️ called yesterday to go to the airport they put me on hold 3 times made me a wait a hour and never showed up ended up being late to work. The people are rude and they waited 20 mins to put my request in ! I️ would not recommend using them

This is an terrible taxi service never use it i was almost raped YES RAPED while using these taxi services, The Taxi Driver wasnt paying attention to the road kept trying to touch my breast, But then he was getting worse it was one of the worse experiences in my life I told him to stop countless times and he didnt. I told him to pull over it took him 20 minutes to "pull over" And in that 20 minutes he kept trying to touch me this taxi service IS disgusting never use this taxi service and yes I will be pressing chargers towards that Taxi Driver I did not get to get his name because he wouldn't give it to me I could of died from this drive I honestly think I will be winning the law suit but I will be calling him on a PRIVATE NUMBER asking for his full name where he lives, etc.
