Excellent company, very professional and courteous.
This guy, assuming the owner of this company, Joe. Took my car off my private property parking lot because someone claimed it was their car with absolutely no proof. When I called Joe he told me it's because of unpaid payments. I told him I called Nissan twice and both times they told me I made all the payments and they did not repo my car. I called this guy back and he still claims I haven't paid. Not only all my personal belongings were in that car, but my 9 month old son's stuff was in that car; car seat, diapers, wipes, toys, etc. I called this guy back telling him I'd be there with the police with proof of payment and he better have proof of unpayment. When my fiancé called Joe, Joe started to scream "I'll call the police on you and claim you have drugs in the house", and continued to insult him. I guess because he realized what he had did was illegal. You stole a car because someone said it was theirs without any proof. Not only that, but theft of movable property, and private trespassing. Police wouldn't help me because it's a "civil" manor. And Nissan wouldn't help though it's a leased vehicle, in other words.. Their car. Joe refused to give me back my car, even my possessions within that car. I had a steering wheel lock, and Joe claimed he will cut my steering wheel to get it off. Also claimed he'd change the locks to the vehicle, though it's obvious you cannot do that to a 2016 leased vehicle. Unless of course Nissan does it. He really insulted my intelligence when it came to basic common knowledge. I wound up needing surgery so I was in the hospital for a week. When I got out, I called this business and they told me my car is no longer in the lot.. And they gave it to the rightful owner, whomever that may be. Police won't help because this guy kept saying it was repossessed so they won't track down my car. Don't know where my car is= can't get a lawyer to help. Nissan won't let me take my name off the lease either. Unfortunately, I wound up having to get another car being that it is very needed with an infant; doctors appointments, etc. Oh, and another car seat. Very unprofessional and thieves. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
