I was a first time car buyer at the time and they took full advantage of me which is sad. They promised me dreams on the financing side and took my deposits. My car is great (Thank God) but I got ripped off in the end on the financing side. Whether that's my fault, the banks fault, or the dealership.. the customer service was terrible. I was only a price tag to them at the end of the day. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Was really thinking about going to quality auto center to look and maybe purchase a car. But after looking at a lot of reviews more negative then good and speaking to a close friend about there very upsetting purchase I dont think i will be visiting them. And then to see the dealership bashing and being very rude in there response to customer reviews I FOR SURE WONT BE COMING.
My experience here was great. My sales guy was jimmy. Jimmy was amazing from start to finish. It was very busy during the time that I was there but I did not feel rushed, jimmy took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place but please please ask for jimmy. Getting jimmy as your sales guy you will feel welcomed and have all your questions answered.
Here is one of their tricks. (this is how they got me) The car on their website that I was interested in was 12,500. I thought it was a great price for the year and millage. It wasn't until my SECOND visit to the dealership when I read the fine print while sitting with the sales rep that I saw the car was 12,500 AFTER putting 3k deposit. When I told the sales rep (Jimmy) he looked like I just discovered one of their tricks. It was just shady how it all went down. I wouldn't trust these guys. After a year of having my car, I see they are still getting bad reviews. Stay away!
They are the worst dealership ever. Sold a lemon car to me . Totaled the car in 5 days . The worse part is am still waiting for them to get a title for this car so my insurance can pay it off. I don't recommend anyone to this place.
