I had been shopping around for a car for a while. My transmission went on my Murano. During my search, I saw a BMW pictured on a car search site. It was BEAUTIFUL. I called and spoke with Jesus at Deluxe, who told me that it was still available. I live in Brooklyn. They're in Jersey. I had two hours to get there. I arrived and was treated greatly by Jesus. No pressure what so ever. I drove it, my son drove it and it was a done deal. The next day, I picked up the car and drove home. It's a beautiful ride! They treated us very professionally, courteous and no hassles. Truly a nice experience. I recommend them very highly!
The car was the best price around, so I bought it. The car got shipped to my home. I do a quick walk around with the truck driver and the car is a disaster. Dents, dings, and scratches all over the place. Curb rash all over the wheels. The car was a mess. After talking with Danny, the manager, we agreed on a solution. This was before I found out the smart cruise control doesn't work. I was told to take it to the dealer, that it is a warranty thing. Danny and Jesus assured me that they do their 120pt inspection and the car is great. Well, the dealership says different. The car had been in an accident and the module for the smart cruise control had been bent. The car report they sent me showed a CLEAN report of no accidents. Now neither Jesus or Danny will respond. I am not a Happy Camper and if they don't respond, I will be forced to get an attorney.
I was lucky enough to find this gem of a used car dealer when I was looking for a new vehicle. I stepped in 1hr before closing to look at a VW Golf GTI with intention to buy and Frank took excellent care of me. He was very courteous and professional while also making the experience as quick and painless as possible. The dealership was immaculate as was the vehicle I was purchasing. It was cleaned and detailed to perfection. Also the finance manager Kristian was very upfront and add no pressure to my financing experience. He was extremely professional and polite even though he had stayed later than he needed to to help me out! I appreciate Frank and Kristian for taking good care of me and making this care buying experience quick and painless.
Although I found the 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited I was considering at Deluxe for a few bucks cheaper, more bells and whistles and 2 years more current at Sansone Toyota, I'd be remiss to share the positive experience I had at Deluxe. Hats off to this classy operation.
My experience at Deluxe was nothing short of positive. My sales specialist Adelson Salcedo was phenomenal! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and no high pressure sales tactics with this gentleman. I felt like I was talking to a good friend, not a car salesman.

At the end of the deal, initial dealer shakes off as he tells me I need to set up appointment to service my new vehicle in a few days . Although I consider this dealer to people please pay attention. They will help you but make sure you go with someone that's in the field . They will play you ! Sorry not sorry .
Made a purchase as I intended. Although listing price ended up being a few thousand more than what they entitled . And I noticed this a couple days after .

Finance gentleman tells you take your time signing and only points to certain pages with explanation, First Time Buyers; Pay attention to what you're signing and as you sign . We are all adults and have expenses, if you have a bad credit make sure to seek and specify what your biggest concerns are. They will help you get in the car you want, but won't tell you that finance rate is $10,000 more and although you put some money down you still have $30,000 more to pay for the $15,000 dollar car you initially signed up for.
I wish I could give a NO Star review. This place is by far the WORST experience in buying a car. I Bought the car from out of state. The salesman, Jesus, told me the car was immaculate, that he'd never seen a car in better condition, he even sent me a video, but of course the video is blurry. He then told me the pictures online are even better and you can see everything on them.
