I bought a handa element, i put in less then 10,000 miles local driving and it now has a blown head gasket, warrenty will pay a little over 1000 and the shop warrenty uses require that pay close to 800 dollars, i gave regular oil change took care of car but had a pre condition.
Scam artists. I've had nothing but problems with the car I bought from them. Barely had it a month when the manifold gasket blew, leaking coolant everywhere. I was told 'Oh that sucks. Well, you bought it 'As Is'. Then the water pump went, then the starter, the radiator hose, and then the manifold gasket went a second time. I've barely had it for two years, it had 61441 miles when I bought it, and only has 71020 now, but I've just been told the engine is shot. I've been religious with my oil changes, taken good care of it the whole time I've had it, but the car is a lemon plain and simple. I wouldn't recommend these jackholes to my worst enemy!
We bought 2 trucks over the last two years and Shawn was awesome. We also interacted with other employees that were curtious and no nonsense, which is what I love about this place. Don't waste my time, you know? I will be calling them first when we are ready for another vehicle...Oh yea and we are from PA but still drive the almost two hours just to deal with Shawn at Arrow Motors.
