If i could give 0 stars i would. Never come to this location, the manager Erica has NO desire to help her customers. The dolly i rented had a damaged tire and she did not inspect it. If i had gotten into an accident because of this and someone was her it would have been Erica's fault. After realizing this saftey issue i suggested taking another wheel and putting it on the dolly and she said i could not do this because they didnt have tools. I told her i had the tools and was willing to change them and then she kept making excuses as to why i cant do it. She expected me to drive 20 miles away to get another dolly and she refused to allow me to speak to her superior. Never use uhaul and if you do dont come to this location. She should be fired for failure of customer support
