Just picked up a chicken and had to throw it out...just terrible. Salty as can be! Last time I come here. Throughout the years I've come here and the quality has gone down. Plenty of better places to go to. BEWARE!
My daughter just ordered from this place. An hour goes by, she called and they said the driver just left. Now 1 1/2 hours after placing the order , she calls again and still no delivery.. finally she gets the food, ice cold. I remember this place very differently than the way it's being managed now. Really poor customer service, quality of food is not the same.
Food was great. Steak was full of flavor, salad was plentiful and the feijão preto (black beans) small is is good for two people. The beans lacked a bit of flavor. Overall experience was great. Staff is very attentive.
Just left the had the chicken with bone in and garlic sauce and it was very tasty. The Service was great.
Worst Customer service!!! I call on the phone to order my food and the person on the phone is distracted and i can hear her taking other customers. BECAUSE OF THAT THEY FORGOT TO INCLUDE SOMETHING IN MY ORDER!. When i call back the lady is acting like their mistake is nothing crazy. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! will never EVER order from them again.
