Overall, he made the whole experience pleasurable and as relaxing and enjoyable as it could be. I would recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for an honest sales person who has your best interest in mind and not just a sale.
This a great showroom. I was looking for couches and they have a great selection of everything. my salesgirl Jasmine was great. Very friendly, dog friendly since I had mine with me and listened to what I was asking for. My options for couches was restricted due to size and color but we wound up finding something that was pretty close to what I wanted. And for the $500 price tag, I couldn't pass it up. Great experience and when you go ask for Jasmine.
Brian was so helpful that my fiancé got me to back to buy a dining room table and we did not hesitate to go back him for the purchase.
Scott the general manager was absolutely awesome. His professionalism and courtesy was above and beyond. The sales associate kelvin demonstrated the same skills. I will be a Ashley client for life due to the way I was treated by these fine gentlemen.

Brian Norton at the Linden store was fantastic. The first time we went, he helped us through all of our questions and guided us to the correct locations in the store. We never felt pressured to make a purchase, but left that day with a better idea of what we wanted. When we were ready to buy, we came back and were greeted by our first names (good memory!). He directed, made suggestions and we were able to make great selections.
Our experience while shopping at Ashley Home store in Linden, New Jersey was definitely a very memorable one due to the exellent service that their employee Meesha gave us. She was very knowledgeable about all the merchandise with amazing home decoration ideas and a very friendly captivating personality which made shopping decisions so much easier. We were very grateful of her time and lucky to receive such a great experience. We will not only be shopping here more frequently but we will definitely recommend this very location to other friends and family.
