Horrible I asked specifically if they came delivery between certain hours they assured me they would and did not. The flowers never made it to the destination on time when they arrived the person was already gone for the day. I called and asked if it arrived the gentleman who took my order said it should already be there so I called back again to make sure and gave me the same answer instead of contacting his driver and making it priority after I reassured him that the person leaves for the day after a certain hour. I wouldn't recommend them use another florist.

I ordered some flowers from them, they were supposed to delivery it before 7pm at 6:20 I called to make sure was on the way and they couldn't find my order order#xxx xxx 451 they said was an issue with the credit card and they didn't call me to let me know, I just found out because I call, I do not recommend this business for nobody!!!!
I received a very gorgeous bouquet of Peruvian lillies with a small bag of chocolate chip cookies. They came neatly packed in a box from overnight delivery from my boyfriend, sweetly apologizing for having to work so much this week during the holiday. I was very impressed at how the packaging protected he flowers and everything! After only 24 hours the lillies are opening up and starting to bloom! Highly recommend!
Ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Wrong stuff came plus forgot to include bear and chocolate. Then asked me to come grab something comparable to what i ordered. Cant get a hold of anyone thru the listed number. Supposed to be re delivered Friday ..nothing.. then Sunday... nothing then today they tell me this shop couldnt make the arrangement correctly. Long story short my woman has yet to receive anything mainly thanks to this shop. I usually grab flowers this was my first and last time using 1800flowers. What a disaster.
