Horrible experience coming here today i brought my car in for a inspection before i handed my keys over there was no leaking of steering fluid of the sort what so ever by the time my car was done being inspected my car was leaking fluid and will not even hold one drop im am told i need over $1500 in repairs when i only came in for an inspection for my steering wheel and the car was driving FINE now it wont even move off the firestone parking lot i am utterly disgusted with the service I retrieved from this firestone team my car was VANDALIZED for them to make their numbers !
I just hope this won't happen to me as well.
Dont waste your time!!! I've had appointment for 2pm and still i couldn't get simple oil change done at 2.30pm ! 2 stations were empty. And this rude guy who works there should work on customer service, after 30min he's said "if you can't wait go somewhere else!! " with attitude. This place is waste of your time and money!
Will never recommend this place!!!
One guy seems to do work, I thought this would take 1:30 tops. I'm waiting with others for well over 2:30 and customer seem to know this place for its bad reputation.
Best place for tires around this area! I bought 4 new tires for my work van, Andreu was very nice and honest guy (and I went almost when they were about to close) I didn't want to spend much just for a good brand, so he suggested me a good economic option for about 90 Bucks each installed, + 50k milles warranty I was expecting to pay more because this van use heavy duty tires... so I was able to purchase a great deal! Unlimited wheel tire alignment for $165! YES UNLIMITED!! I was very happy that day but for some reason the next day I was driving by the metal recycling area and one tire got a hole cause by a piece of metal... I know it was my fault so I called Andreu and I said to me... no problem we'll take care of you! And he did. He changed the tire, got me a new one for FREE. This talks how good and professional this place is. 5 moths later I'm back for a free tire rotation and a free check alignment!! Can't be more happy!
First and last time!! If I make it out of here!
One customer complained " my tires leak, every time I have them changed here"!
Really irresponble people I left my car yesterday and I still waiting for it and when I call they just give me excuses .
You make an appointment just to wait over 2 hours to mount tires?? Everyone faking the funk in the shop, nobody wants to be a man and work.
