The staff is wonderful!! Always helpful and courteous. The cars are very nice, clean and well maintained.
I love renting from this location, it is very close to my house making it convenient and you are always greeted with a smile by the two gentleman working there. I have always gotten great deals compared to other car companies. The cars you receive are always clean and in excellent shape and before you leave the lot, you are given instructions on where things are located in the car. the downside for me, is that there is no dropping off during off hours and the aesthetics of the place could be better, but when you have excellent service, those things can be overlooked. Great experience renting from this location. The gentlemen there were nice and friendly, Great customer service offered instructions on how to navigate inside the car. Only downside is the facility is small and off busy highway .
Not many cars on site, they must be driven in from another location, Be prepared to wait over an hour for your car to show up.. When they say your car is a half hour out them mean 2 hours!! Take my advice pay the extra 20$ and just rent from the airport location.
They were very hospitable and worked well together to accommodate me as a customer.
